Yes! We do ship to the USA and worldwide!

General:

  • Do not sign for any package that looks obviously damaged!!!
  • We ship all orders by Australia Post.
  • All export orders over AU$400 in value must ship with a traceable shipping method.
  • Shipping transit times are dependent on your location and local authorities and vary widely.
  • All shipping is uninsured unless you select the insurance option (5% of product value).
  • Shipping costs can be reduced by ordering as a group.
Store Pick up
  • We offer our local Western Australian crew the opportunity to come visit and pick up your order, not only do you save shipping costs but you can check out our show room and have a coffee with us.

    Australian domestic shipping

    • Australian shipments are sent Express Post or Express Post signed and arrive in 1 to 2 business days. (mostly overnight to Capital cities and inner suburbs)
    Express post (only orders under $250)
    • Not recommended for flats or units.
    • Overnight guaranteed to capital CBD's but it usually arrives overnight in outer capital cities as well(see post code list).
    • This service is considered UNTRACEABLE because it is only traceable to the nearest mail centre and does not require signed for receipt.
    • These items will often be left at your door by the Australia Post postman.
    • We therefore limit availability of this method to orders under $250 in value and recommend that if possible you use a PO Box or business address for extra security.
    Express Post Signed
    • We use either Express Post signed.
    • Please choose the method which is most suitable for your order based on whether you will be home to receive and sign for the item.
    • This service is uninsured unless you select the insurance option (approximately 5% of product value)
    • Delivery is by courier to the addressee’s door, the courier must obtain a signature as proof of delivery before completing delivery.
    • Track and trace is available for thisservice to help you track your shipment. We will provide tracing information upon request if necessary.

    International shipping

    Economy air not available to Spain, Africa or South America (orders under $400 value)
    • This is economy air post, it is not traceable and not insurable
    • For security reasons and your protection, this method is disabled for orders over $400 in value.
    • If you choose the Economy air service you accept all responsibility if your shipment is lost in transit.
    • It is a really good idea to supply a PO Box or secure shipping address for economy shipping if possible for extra security.
    • 7 to 14 business days (No tracking)
    • Express Courier International
    • We insist on traceable shipping for orders exceeding $400 value.
    • 2 to 7 business days ECI  - Traceable
    • Available to PO Boxes
    • This service is uninsured unless you select the insurance option (5% of product value)
    • This service must be signed for so please give us an address where you will be present to receive it (business or work)
    • Shipping is calculated by weight automatically for orders over 500 Gms by our website. 
    • Some locations only have the FedEx option because FedEx is more reliable and cost effective to those countries
    • The ECI service uses DHL under contract for some destinations
    • This service can be tracked by customers via the internet, we will email you the tracking number and web link after shipping on your request.
    • Do not sign for any package that looks obviously damaged!!!
    • You can track ECI shipments but we don't normaly provide the tracking number unless requested. Tracking link>>  If you supect a problem with your ECI shipment, contact us and we will email your tracking number.

    Customs charges

    • Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser, contact your countries customs service to find out exactly what these charges will be.

    Insurance:

    • All shipments are NOT insured unless you choose it.
    • Insurance is approximately 10% of the goods value (not shipping cost)
    • To select shipping insurance choose this option for your desired shipping type at the checkout.
    • Only available with Traceable shipping methods.
    • Do you want insurance? We recommend it! Especially international to Spain or Africa.
    • Note: Insured items have to be declared at full invoice and customs value.
    • Insurers require time to investigate and try to recover any lost items, this process requires time and takes around two to six weeks.
    • Our policy is to re-send lost items and recover losses from the insurer at a later date, this ensures the best results for our customers (see next).
    • We will not ship replacement items until 2 weeks after the last expected  ETA of the package.
    • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of re-shipping lost items as the insurance does not cover the shipping charges.
    • Uninsured shipments are in the hands of Australia Post or shipping agents, they have a very good track record but once the order is shipped we cannot accept responsibility for any losses.

    Returns

    • Total Control Skydive Gear will refund customers who return unwanted products within 60 days of invoice date for whatever reason, providing the goods are unused and undamaged. A restocking fee of 8% will apply and all shipping costs are not refundable.
    • Custom Products (some HC Gloves) are not refundable.
